Positive: Spacious room with a tree lined view. Very quiet with the windows shut. Decent breakfast. Up a cable car so close to everything but quiet and peaceful. Provided additional things like shoe horn, brush/comb, and complimentary still water. Good coffee machine.
Negative: Our room was right next to a busy park which wasn't ideal but was very quiet at night time which is the main thing.

Positive: We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location is perfect – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I especially appreciated the little details, like complimentary water in the room and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Negative: When we requested room cleaning from two of the housekeeping ladies, both refused to even acknowledge or speak to us. We also tried calling housekeeping directly, but no one came to clean the room. In the end, we had to approach the reception desk. Thankfully, the gentleman at reception was very professional, friendly, and quick to help us resolve the issue.

Positive: We liked the size of the room and the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms with garden access make it a special stay.
Negative: We felt that breakfast was not so good even though the Italian restaurant in the property is really good for lunch and dinner.

Positive: the breakfast was pretty decent , I wished there was more bread and sausage options, the mini croissant was always so hard , quite disappointing. but loved their chia pudding, and those small ginger shots. The room was clean and spacious.
Negative: The location was terrible and required a shuttle bus to go up and down, so half of the time was spent waiting for it. Even the room was so far down the hall that it felt like forever walking. The wellness centre was a joke. The swimming pool was so cold that it was impossible to step in, the jacuzzi had no bubbles and just felt like a small tub with hot water, and the sauna wasn’t even working. On top of that, it had a sign saying “no underwear,” which was bizarre. Overall, it was far too pricey for what you get. I would not choose to stay here again.

Positive: Lift to collection side of the hotel
Negative: Other people visiting the hotel. Al Kuwait team. They generated a lot of noise. Especially at night. Two times someone during the night I was waked up because someone of them was knocking to our door. Meas on the corridor that the same team generated. Stuff from the hotel was trying to do their best, but those people did not respect anything.
Summary: Was good, but could have better memories if not Al Kuwait.
